This was my very first stay in this hotel; on the list of newer ones in Ny, which my daughter decided on for me and my 2 grandchildren (11 and 8). And so new in fact our airport taxi drivers weren't familiar with them. This hotel won't be unknown for long because it is well placed staying within walking distance to all Belstaff Staple Jackets an on vacation sight seer wants to visit. You'll find it has the friendliest staff I've ever encountered in any hotel. That goes from the doorman/porter, reception, housekeeping as well as the hotel's restaurant staff. I really hope this friendly efficiency will be maintained. It was easy to browse through, which many hotels are certainly not, and my grandchildren sensed very much at home; able to sequence food and wander all around all within eye taken of me. I prized that. We all like the furnishings, which is an achievement to fulfill the approval of all age groups. On the other hand, we had ask for a featherless room because my granddaughter is very allergic to feathers. That fact hadn't been communicated to the hotel. People eventually found a couple of polyurethane foam pillows for one of the bed furniture. However, be advised determine if the will be playing noisy music. You might have to sacrifice the view for a room one of the lower floors.
Room Tip: A roof lounge provides loud music. A lower flooring advisable. Unfortunately, there was too much street noise even about the seventh floor. Passing cars made it impossible to have also one good night's slumber. You would expect Marriott to figure out double glazed glass windows to keep the noise out and about!!2) Our chambermaid Buy Longchamp Le Pliage recycled all of our bathroom floor mat by simply folding it and trying to keep it as if it was a new one. When I unfolded it, the item had stain and head of hair. Gross, right!?? Our toiletries are not replenished on Day 1 A couple of!! Our table was not cleaned for the entire 7 days we spent the nights! 3) The room doesn't look after basic amenities like household slippers, robes, cotton swabs, bottle openers and so on. the staff will ask you to drop by the lobby if u need a wine or even beer bottle opened, they do not even have the courtesy to send another person up!4) The worst concierges I have seen!! Manny, one of the concierges was esoecially rude or obnoxious. He made nasty comments about our luggage, saying these folks were way too heavy and we require a "weightlifter". Turned out all our bags were being under 50 pounds at the airport! Other concierges were sometimes lost or too Longchamp Pliage Extra Large fast paced mingling with guests going up to the lounge to attend to person guest concerns. Have loved some Marriott properties and the support, this one seemed to be a place its keep was no semblance of service. Super disappointed!!!
Room Tip: A good room is any bedroom not in this hotel!!
Every little thing was going great great location, next to Herald Square. Friendly, welcoming staff, otherwise I would not have found the vestibule which is on the second stage. Funny how you don't notice street noise when you are alert! I was prepared Longchamp Pliage Travel Bag for the loud music upstairs as per earlier reviews, so I thought that I would be fine on Five. Wrong! Horns, sirens all night long, slept for brief periods. To a quieter town next visit. I have been essentially of the Marriotts in Manhattan, along with first time for this.
