Tina Shaffer, Destination Imagination communications denver ordinator, called the Global Finals an incredible event that saw 7,067 competitors divided into 1,247 clubs.
"For the students who get to attend Global Finals, the journey is one that requires an insurmountable amount of creativeness, teamwork and perseverance,Inch she said. "They work for a few months designing, developing and doing their challenge solutions and if they're fortunate enough to make it to World Finals, they get to compete towards top scoring teams from all of the around the world."
By centering on certain skills, such as solving problems, critical thinking, teamwork, do it yourself directed learning and braveness, students are better prepared for posting secondary education and the hands, Shaffer said.
